Messenger lit!

I was never really a fan of facebook sites and apps. I hate the Facebook App for Android and loathe the Messenger App.
Messenger is Facebook's flagship messaging App. And Facebook has been continuously adding bloat to the App in order to persuade you to switch. It even bought Whatsapp!
But, that is all about to change, for the first time I am shockingly finding an App by Facebook to be good!
Messenger lite ticks all the box, which a messaging app should consist of. Messenger lite strips the Messenger App of all of its extensions and bots and scannable barcodes and games. It forgoes all those bloats for a feature which should have been on messenger since day one!
I am forced to use Messenger, well because everyone who is anyone uses it. So when the lite app was launched, I patiently waited for the App. And when it was finally made available in my country, I was one of the first adopters!
I have never looked back since then, I have stated that it focuses on one feature which is essential and that feature is a good messaging experience, it removes all the distractions and allows you to concentrate only on the person you are talking to.
This App is proof that companies are overthinking the messaging apps and are adding too much bloat! I mean lite only takes about one-tenth of the storage, which the main app consumes and still provides all the features you really need. I can still use emojis and share photos and videos and even make voice calls, as of recent updates to the app, and lets me send text in groups.
What it doesn't do is consume battery like and resources and does not takes up half of your phone's storage! In fact, it is soo good, that I might even ditch WhatsApp for it. WhatsApp is another Facebook app to which it continues to add bloat!
In short Messenger lite is not the slim version of Messenger for the data conscious, it should be the default Messenger App from Facebook!

Precision for all!

The problem that has plagued Windows laptops since the dawn of time can now be solved! Have you ever bought an expensive new Windows laptop and thought, "man the trackpad sucks!". Well in this post I am going to help your trackpad reach its full potential (Only if it used Elan or Synaptic drivers). What you need At first, you will need to find what driver are you using. To do that go to the device manager and check the mice and input device. Here you will find what drivers your laptop came with. Now download the drivers Synaptics or Elan . Lets Install! Unzip the downloaded drivers to a temporary directory and make a note of where they are. Right-click on Start. Choose Device Manager . Double-click Mice and other pointing devices . Right-click on Synaptics/Elan device. Choose Update driver . Click Browse my computer for driver soft ware. Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer. Pick Have D...

Flagships no longer required?

The last time I used a flagship phone, was way back in 2013 and it was the Galaxy S4. The Exynos variant to be exact, back in 2013 Exynos was not cool. It was miles behind its Snapdragon counterpart and it was visible. My experience with the S4 was horrible. So horrible, that in fact, I haven't had the courage to purchase another Flagship since then on. After that, I switched boat and jumped to the WindowsPhone clad. My first taste of WindowsPhone was from a Lumia 520. The cheapest WindowsPhone! But, the performance at times was better than my less than a year old flagship Galaxy. WindowsPhone was fluid even on extreme budget hardware. Later on, I upgraded to a Lumia 730, which to date I adore. It is for me the best phone ever! The only place where it lacked would be the storage. Then I jumped shipped again to Android and am now using a Redmi 4x. So the point behind me going through my phone purchasing history is to show, that you do not need to break the bank or sel...

Pocket

Pocket Nowadays everyone has more than one computing device. Be it your desktop, laptop, smartphone, 2-1 PC or a tablet, everyone of use at least uses a couple of this devices together in tandem. And everyone needs a good browser to surf the internet ! this leads to a problem. A problem which pocket solves in the most simplistic of ways. I for one use Firefox on my pc and chrome on my phone. As a result it makes it really difficult for me keep a track of my bookmarks ! I mean did save that article on my pc or phone ? Pocket solves that problem by creating extension for popular browsers like Firefox and chrome, in fact it is a built in feature in Firefox ! It simply adds a button called save to pocket( ), by just clicking that button the page which you are currently on will be bookmarked and saved to pocket. Which can then viewed from any device that has the pocket app and is logged in with your pocket account.
